Product Overview
If you commonly move your uIEC/SD from one machine to another, we recommend you buy another one :-). But, if you'd rather hold off a bit, pick up a second uIEC/SD Daughtercard to speed movement from one machine to another.
This is the deluxe daughtercard option. Like the basic version, this unit works with all uIEC/SD versions and provides SWAP NEXT and SWAP BACK functionality. In addition, this version adds the following features:
- Dual IEC ports. No need to ensure your uIEC/SD is the last item on the bus.
- RESET button
- RESET inhibit jumper. With this jumper removed, machine reset will not affect drive.
- Provisions for coax power connector and 7805 voltage regulator
- 2 populated uIEC/SD connection options. Locate your uIEC/SD horizontally or vertically, or install 1 of each on the same daughtecard
- Optional 3rd uIEC/SD connection option.
- No cassette port pigtail. Unit plugs directly into cassette port.
- Mini-USB connector for alternate power option. Use any phone-type Mini-USB power supply.
